How can I track my order?

If you haven't received your parcel in the expected time, please drop us a line at tarasonlineshop@gmail.com. We'll supply you with a tracking number, which you can use to find the whereabouts of your parcel.

What if I am not there at the delivery address when the parcel arrives?

If you are not in to sign for a delivery, collection of your parcel is quick and easy. The Courier will leave a card letting you know that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, giving a time after which you can collect it from your local sorting office.

What do I do if my parcel has not arrived

Can I return items?

Yes – of course if you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund. IF you wish to return an order, please contact us at tarasonlineshop@gmail.com and we will issue you with a Return Code and details of how to return your order.

Please note, a Return Code is required for your refund or exchange to be processed.All sale, discounted or promotional items must be returned within 7 days from your order delivered date.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT YOU SHOULD READ THIS CAREFULLY 

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are the only ones which shall apply unless statutory rights are provided or to be implied into this agreement for sale.

GOODS SUPPLY SPECIFICATION

The goods are supplied in accordance with the specification (if any) submitted to the Buyer and any additions and alterations shall be the subject of an extra charge. Any not so specified shall be in accordance with the Seller’s printed catalogue or the catalogues of the Seller’s suppliers (subject to any modifications made since publication). If the Seller adopts any changes to the or design of the goods or the specification thereof the Buyer shall accept the goods so changed in fulfilment of the order.

LIMITS ON SELLERS LIABILITY

a) Save as expressly provided the Seller makes no warranties and there are no conditions of this agreement that the goods processed or articles supplied are:-i. fit for their purposeii. of merchantable quality.b) Where digital artwork is not supplied then it is wholly the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the artwork is satisfactory before any garments or other articles are printed, embroidered or otherwise decorated. The Seller will give as much professional help in advising the Buyer to the suitability of the artwork but accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the appearance of the design once it has been printed, embroidered or otherwise transferred onto the garments or other articles.c) Washing InstructionsAll garments after being decorated should be hand washed in cool water below 40ºC and then stretched back to shape and dried flat between two towels. The Seller accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any garments that are machine washed or tumble dried. The Buyer shall take such steps to ensure that notice is given to the end user of any of the garments that the decorated area must not be directly in contact under any clothes iron and that such contact may damage the decorated area.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints regarding goods delivered must be made in writing to the Seller within five days from the date of delivery and no responsibility or liability is accepted for complaints submitted other than in this manner or in excess of this period.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Tara's Children’s Wear is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 7 days from your order delivered date (excluding delivery charge), in accordance with the distance selling regulations. Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. Items must not be soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.All sale, discounted or promotional items must be returned within 7 days from your order delivered date. On some items there may be no return because they are heavily discounted.A full refund or exchange will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order therefore we will refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.Item (s) should be returned via an insured, traceable service. Please make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required. We are not responsible for any damaged caused to goods in transit, so please insure that they are securely packaged.

Please allow up to 7 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.Send all returns to: Tara's Children’s Wear, 13, Ashe Street, Clonakilty, Co Cork accompanied by the original invoice sent with the item with written reason stated on it for return.Postage fees cannot be refunded.
